Will be the coldest winter in the last 100 years (Balkan)

The winter will be long and cold. According to meteorologists, this could be the coldest winter in 100 years.
Dominik Jung, German meteorologist, says winter will be extremely strong. December and January in the Balkans will be very cold and slightly warm February.
Jung says that it is possible to be daily temperatures of minus 10 to minus 25 at night - with heavy snow and blizzard, especially in January.
International meteorological organizations allege that on December 1 will be a cold snap that will bring snow and low temperatures.
Even the Norwegian Meteorological Institute, which is one of the most famous in the world, claims that in coming days the temperature in the Balkans will be up to minus 10 degrees Celsius.
